Service Description

Did you know that Postpartum Mood and Anxiety disorders are the number 1 complication following childbirth? With a focus on maternal mental health, this group will provide participants with knowledge, skills, and support to manage their emotional well being during the postpartum period and beyond. This group will be held on Saturday mornings from 10 am - 11:30 am beginning 5/18 and running every 3 weeks for 8 sessions (5/18, 6/8, 6/29, 7/20, 8/10, 8/31, 9/21, and 10/12). This group will be open to 8 members with a 7/8 session commitment. The group is $45 per session or you can book all 8 sessions at once for $320 saving $40. The group is facilitated by: MELISSA ENDSLEY, MA, LPCC, PMH-C

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel participation in group or wellness classes 24 hours ahead of time. If you attend one closed group and do not find that it is a good fit for you, please email us at hello@ebbandflowcounseling.com to forfeit your spot in the group. Most groups request a 7/8 week commitment to uphold the group process.
